McDonald's is seeking Crew Members for day shifts (6am-2pm) at its Durham, NC location. You may serve as a cashier, drive-thru, cook or grill person, and you'll start at $12.00 per hour.

The role includes flexible schedules, free meals during shifts, and opportunities for career development with Archways to Opportunity education programs. As a crew member you’ll connect with customers, help them order their meals, and prepare all World Famous McDonald’s food.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-food or customer service preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take their orders accurately.
• Assist customers in selecting menu items and upsell when appropriate.
• Prepare and assemble all McDonald's World Famous food items.]
