Responsibilities

• Assist Grocery Manager in directing night crew operations and training.
• Supervise night crew activities to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain product quality: rotate, stock, face, discard spoiled items; keep backroom organized.
• Assist in ordering, receiving, stocking, inventory control and displays; ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Plan merchandise requirements and seasonal needs; coordinate with management.
• Verify orders against invoices; audit contents and complete forms accurately.
• Enforce company policies and loss prevention procedures after hours.
• Foster enthusiastic customer service and positive vendor relations.
• Ensure safety and security policies are followed; perform duties safely and with integrity.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Cover for various positions as needed and respond to emergencies.
