Qualifications

• 1+ years of janitorial experience.
• Supervisory experience is helpful but not required.
• Driver's license is required; IL/WI/OH/SC or MO class can apply.
• Background checks (criminal, state/federal registries) are required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning).
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects.
• Notify management of deficiencies or needs for repairs.
• Make adjustments and minor repairs.
• Stock and maintain supply rooms.
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
