Qualifications

• Minimum one year grocery industry related experience required.
• Two years supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Must possess a minimum of two years of customer service experience in a related environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Product Management: maintain displays, align with merchandising plans, and manage inventory to maximize sales.
• Lead Operations: develop daily department tasks, prepare night crew schedule, and ensure food safety and labor budgets are respected.
• Demonstrate Leadership: motivate and coach team, delegate, and guide staff development and performance.
