Job summary

nficountymarket is seeking a Night Crew Manager to oversee department operations, maximize gross margins, and ensure efficient production hours for grocery, frozen, and dairy. The role emphasizes maintaining a positive shopping environment for customers and a positive working environment for associates.

You will manage assets, paperwork, safety, and adherence to Grocery Best Practices while training associates and enforcing policies. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 months related experience and/or training.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage company assets including receiving, invoicing, pricing, shrink control, and inventory.
• Manage production hours of grocery, frozen and dairy.
• Train, monitor and assist night crew associates to be efficient at stocking, sorting, cutting, displays red dots and back stock according to Grocery Best Practices.
• Ensure grocery, frozen and dairy conditions for product availability and placement, blocking/facing, rotation, cleanliness, safety, pricing and signing.
• Maintain all paperwork required by the store and Grocery Best Practices (Planning, monitoring and production).
• Product ordering
• Receiving
• Follows all store and department policies and procedures
• Enforces safety policies and procedures; is a safety role model
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
