Job summary

Mollie Stone’s Markets in Greenbrae, CA is seeking a Part Time Night Crew/Stock Team member to stock, unload deliveries, and maintain backroom organization during graveyard shifts (10 pm – 7 am). Ideal candidates have grocery experience, reliability, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong communication.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Stock, receive, refill, and rotate items on shelves.
• Unload deliveries and break down pallets promptly.
• Maintain an organized backroom and show pristine aisles.
• Revisit misplaced products and shrink/damage control.
• Operate with care to minimize breakage and loss.

About the Role:

Mollie Stone’s Marketsis looking for a Part Time Night Crew/Stock Team at our Greenbrae location. The perfect candidate will be a motivated individual with excellent time management willing andable to work graveyards shifts - 10 pm - 7 am.

Essential Functions:

• Stocking, receiving,refilling and rotating items on shelves.
• Unloading deliveries and breaking down in a timely manner.
• Keeping an organizedand well-maintained backroom.
• Re-shopping misplaced products, shrinking out damaged goods and refilling missing items to ensure product levels are maintained and aisles are kept in pristine shopping condition.
• Handling products in such a way as to reduce the amount of damaged goods and shrink.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous grocery experience a plus!
• Reliable and able to follow direction.
• Able to communicate effectively.
• Positive attitude and ability to multi-task.
• Able to work overnight shifts.
• 3 - 5 years experience on a stock team.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to regularly lift at least 50 lbs.
• Standing: Up to 8 hours per day.
• Walking: Up to 8 hours per day.
• Reaching: Up to 4 hours per day.

Pay Rate:

$20.00-29.98/hour depending on industry experience.
