Job summary

Mollie Stone’s Markets in San Francisco is seeking a Full Time Night Crew Manager for the Grand Central location. The ideal candidate will lead the Night Crew with strong time management, oversee stocking, unloading, and backroom organization, and ensure shrink is minimized while maintaining quality customer service.

About the Role:

Mollie Stone’s Markets is looking for a Full Time Night Crew Manager at our San Francisco Grand Central location. The perfect candidate will be a motivated individual with excellent time management willing and able to work graveyards shifts.

Essential Functions:

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Night Crew
• Stocking, receiving, refilling and rotating items on shelves
• Unloading deliveries and breaking down in a timely manner
• Keeping an organized and well-maintained backroom
• Handling products in such a way as to reduce the amount of damaged goods and shrink

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years of management experience
• Pro-active team oriented
• Able to communicate effectively
• Positive attitude and ability to multi-task
• Able to work overnight shifts
• 3 - 5 years’ experience on a stock team

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to regularly lift at least 50 lbs
• Standing: Up to 8 hours per day
• Walking: Up to 8 hours per day
• Reaching: Up to 4 hours per day
• Please be aware that you may be required to wear Covid-19 related PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as mandated by Company Policy

Pay Range:

$29.98 - $30.66 depending on Industry Experience
