Job summary

Insomnia Cookies seeks a Cookie Crew Member to join our fast-paced, late-night bakery team in the Kent area. You’ll help bake and package warm cookies, assist guests, and ensure accurate in-store, pickup, and delivery orders while maintaining high food-safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to obtain any required food safety certifications at the location.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality and make every interaction memorable.
• Prepare, bake, and package warm cookies, brownies, ice cream, and other treats to Insomnia's quality standards.
• Accurately prepare in-store, pickup, delivery, and online orders.
• Operate the register and process guest transactions.
• Keep the bakery clean, stocked, organized, and food-safe throughout every shift.
• Jump in wherever your team needs you to restock, help a teammate, or keep the line moving.
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and urgency, partnering with your Shift Leader when needed.
• Deliver the kind of experience that turns first-time guests into lifelong Insomniacs.
