Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors professionally.
• Manage incoming calls, visits, and vendor interactions.
• Assist with personalized services and daily needs of residents.
• Liaise with residents to communicate maintenance and service needs.
• Maintain the Daily Activity Log accurately.
• Support environmental services with setup of meeting spaces.
• Maintain calm, professional presence on shift.
