Job summary

Addington Place at College Harbor in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking a Part-Time Concierge/Receptionist for the 11pm-7am shift. You will greet visitors, answer calls, and support residents and team members with warmth and professionalism.

Requirements include a High School Diploma and strong communication skills. Prior receptionist or hospitality experience is a plus. We offer competitive benefits and a supportive team in a beautiful senior living community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to relate to a variety of people.
• Must have word-processing and clerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
• Answer and screen incoming calls, route messages as appropriate.
• Maintain and update front desk logs and emergency contact information.
• Assist with clerical duties and supply inventory.
• Sign in visitors and notify Residents of visitors.
