Job summary

GardaWorld Security is seeking a Command Center Specialist to monitor CCTV and access control systems, assess incidents, and coordinate rapid responses. This role emphasizes attention to detail, documentation, and strict adherence to security procedures.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a SOC or similar setting, are authorized to work in the U.S., and possess a high school diploma or higher. Uniforms are provided and benefits include health coverage and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in SOC/Command Center or similar environment.
• Experience responding to incidents and coordinating resources.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV, access control, alarm, and security systems in real time.
• Receive, assess, and coordinate responses to incidents and emergencies.
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports and logs.
• Communicate incident information to leadership per procedures.
• Conduct routine system checks and maintain records with confidentiality.
• Support emergency response and crisis management efforts.
