Job summary

San Francisco Giants are seeking a Command Center Operator to oversee Oracle Ballpark security during the 12am-8am shift (Thu-Mon; Tue/Wed off). Responsibilities include monitoring CCTV, dispatching guards, logging incidents, and coordinating with law enforcement.

You will maintain incident records, review logs, and support public safety plans for events. BSIS Guard License and 2+ years in security preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; security field education desirable.
• 2+ years of professional security experience preferred; military or law enforcement background valued.
• Must possess a valid California BSIS Guard License.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; detail oriented.
• Ability to handle sensitive information and exercise good judgement.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV and associated equipment in the Command Center.
• Dispatch security personnel to incidents and coordinate with agencies.
• Log all incidents and maintain accurate records.
• Review logs and incident reports; brief on-coming shift.
• Assist in developing and implementing public safety plans for events.
• Communicate with security/police agencies in real-time when needed.
• Operate a two-way radio base station and telephone equipment.
• Ensure proper access control and vault security around the ballpark.
