Job summary

New Hudson Facades is seeking a CNC Production Operator for the third shift in Linwood, PA. You will set up and operate production machinery, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet exact specifications on a nightly production schedule.

You will train on our equipment, perform basic maintenance, and maintain safety protocols while working with a collaborative team to hit nightly targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in machine operation, machining, fabrication, CNC, or manufacturing.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn; training provided on our equipment and processes.
• Basic math and computer proficiency.
• Ability to read measurements and follow written instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Safely set up and operate production machinery for consistent output.
• Load raw materials and parts; stage jobs according to specifications.
• Monitor equipment performance and fine-tune machine settings as needed.
• Use precision measuring tools to inspect parts against specs.
• Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and production standards.
• Flag quality concerns promptly and report equipment issues.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine preventive maintenance.
• Accurately record production counts and quality results.
• Keep a tidy, safe workspace and follow all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to achieve nightly targets.
