Job summary

New Hudson Facades in Linwood, PA is seeking dependable, mechanically inclined Machine Operators to join our third-shift manufacturing team. This hands-on role involves setting up and running production machinery to produce high-quality façade components.

You’ll read blueprints, measure parts with calipers and micrometers, monitor equipment, and collaborate with teammates to meet daily production goals. A high school diploma and willingness to learn are preferred.

Schedule: 9:30 PM–6:00 AM
Job Type: Full-Time
New Hudson Facades is looking for dependable, mechanically inclined Machine Operators to join our third-shift manufacturing team. This is a hands‑on position for someone who enjoys working with machinery, producing quality parts, and being part of a team. Experience in machining, fabrication, CNC equipment, or a similar manufacturing environment is preferred. Training will be provided on our specific equipment and processes.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate production machinery safely and efficiently
• Load materials and parts into machines
• Monitor equipment and adjust machine settings as needed
• Use calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and other measuring tools to inspect completed parts
• Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications
• Identify quality concerns and report equipment issues
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine machine maintenance
• Record production and quality information
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work with teammates and supervisors to meet production goals

What We’re Looking For

• Previous machine operation, machining, fabrication, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to read measurements and follow written instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and the ability to work the full third-shift schedule
• Ability to work safely and effectively as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work overtime or weekends when needed
