Job summary

• Ability to read, write and speak English; communicate clearly with staff.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the facility mission, vision and values to others.
• Assists patients, family members, physicians, visitors and staff in a friendly manner.
• Transcribes physicians' orders and maintains chart records.
• Answers phones and routes calls to the appropriate parties.
• Assists in CNA duties when the unit is short staffed.
