Job summary

UF Health Spanish Plaines Hospital in Central Florida is seeking a Nursing Assistant to support the Observation Unit with compassionate, hands-on patient care during the night shift.

Under the direction of Registered Nurses, you will assist with basic nursing procedures, help with patient comfort, and keep the environment clean, safe and organized.

Education includes High School Diploma or GED; Florida CNA license preferred and BLS required; English reading, writing and speaking is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Post-high school specialized training is preferred.
• Florida CNA license is preferred.
• BLS certification is required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
