Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with mobility, transfers, and use of mobility aids.
• Support nutritional needs: feeding, meal preparation, intake tracking.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and hospital policies to ensure patient safety.
• Document care and notify nurses of changes in patient condition.
