Qualifications

• Certification from a Nurse Assistant training program or current BSN program with at least 1 clinical rotation.
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor blood pressure and temperature of patients.
• Assist with meals delivery and patient transport.
• Provide compassionate care under supervision of a registered nurse.
• Float to units across the hospital as needed (Med-Surg, Critical Care, Psychiatry, ED).
• Maintain a safe, clean and healthy environment.
