Qualifications

• Must have CNA license or be enrolled in CNA program.
• Strong desire to serve ill, aged, and infirm.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to communicate tactfully with residents, families and staff.
• Willingness to work harmoniously with others.
• Patient, cheerful demeanor and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per facility policies and nursing care procedures.
• Provide routine nursing care and assist residents with daily activities.
• Make rounds at shift start and every two hours to monitor care.
• Verify resident identity before care or meals.
• Report issues promptly to Charge Nurse or Administrator.
