Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Advance is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time night shifts to provide compassionate resident care in a welcoming setting.

You will assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, report changes to the nursing staff, and collaborate with the care team to implement individualized care plans while maintaining safety, dignity, and a warm atmosphere for our residents.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri CNA certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift, transfer and reposition residents
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as personal care
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the nursing staff
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff
• Collaborate with the care team to implement individualized care plans
• Participate in ongoing training and education
