Job summary

Accel at College Station is seeking a CNA to join our night shift team. You will assist patients with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with nursing staff to deliver compassionate care in a 6pm–6am schedule.

The ideal candidate holds a current CNA certification, a high school diploma, and can pass a background check and drug screen. We offer competitive pay, PTO, health benefits, tuition reimbursement, and 401(k) through HMGU.

Qualifications

• Current and valid CNA certification recognized by the state.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background check and drug screening as required.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating).
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes promptly.
• Support mobility and safe transfers with nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment following infection control protocols.
• Document care provided and maintain patient records per facility policies.
