Qualifications

• Must have completed the 75-hour state approved nurse aide training program.
• Active Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in good standing in Nebraska.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Attend shift report at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure good communication between nursing staff.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (dressing, feeding, bathing, hygiene).
• Assist the bedside nurse (RN or LPN) with patient treatment and examinations.
• Take vital signs, document status, and provide treatments as directed by the RN.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
