Qualifications

• Must be MN Registry-registered CNA.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to work a consistent work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities to maintain independence.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the RN per care plan.
• Take and record vital signs and report changes to the RN.
• Document services on the charting system.
• Assist residents with prescribed program activities.
• Observe changes in physical or emotional condition and report to supervisor.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
