Job summary

Vintage Wellness & Rehabilitation in Denton, Texas seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 6AM-2PM shift. You will provide compassionate personal care, assist with daily living activities, and monitor patient changes while collaborating with the healthcare team to implement care plans.

Qualified candidates are Texas-licensed CNAs, with a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Texas.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients with mobility issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as eating, grooming, and mobility.
• Monitor and report patient changes, concerns, or issues to nursing staff and physicians.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and services.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Participate in patient education and support groups.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
