Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer physician ordered medications and treatments per guidelines.
• Record medication administration and any deviations accurately.
• Perform finger stick glucose testing per protocol.
• Assist with routine patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing.
• Ensure proper medication storage and disposal in line with policy.
• Document patient responses and unusual reactions for health team.
• Maintain timely, accurate resident records.
