Job summary

ELIA Group seeks a motivated Cocktail Server to join our hospitality team. You will greet guests, take drink orders, mix and serve cocktails, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining an engaging, high-energy service style. Qualifications

• Proven experience as a cocktail server or similar role in a restaurant setting.
• Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits and mixology techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Basic math skills for processing orders and handling payments.
• TIPS or similar certification is a plus.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
