Job summary

SSM Health DePaul Hospital - St. Louis is seeking a Clinical Partner to support nursing teams on a 7p-7a schedule with variable shifts and weekend rotations.

The role involves hands-on patient care in a fast-paced setting, under supervision, contributing to safe and efficient care delivery. The position requires completion of a UAP program or enrollment in orientation, no prior experience, and BLS HCP certification.

Qualifications

• Completion of a state approved UAP program or enrollment in the Clinical Partner orientation checklist during 90 day orientation.
• No prior experience required.
• BLS HCP certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with nursing care tasks under supervision.
• Take and record vital signs and patient information as directed.
• Assist with patient mobility, hygiene, meals and comfort.
• Prepare and organize patient records and perform basic clerical duties.
• Report changes in patient condition to the licensed nurse promptly.
