Qualifications

• BLS Healthcare Provider certification required.
• 2 years nursing experience; Charge Nurse preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make rounds with orientation nurses, providing education and clinical support.
• Collaborate with unit educators to assess learning needs of clinical nurses.
• Deliver new staff orientation and training on competencies, policies, and clinical IT usage.
• Mentor new staff and assist in evaluating clinical performance with unit leadership.
• Work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
