Night Cleaner – Culinary

Dellshire Resort, a premier destination resort in Wisconsin Dells, is seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Night Cleaner – Culinary to support the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall safety of all culinary operations during overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning & Sanitation: Perform overnight deep cleaning of all kitchen and culinary areas; clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, prep stations, floors, walls, drains, coolers, storage areas; properly handle grills, fryers, ovens, hoods, filters, and additional equipment; sweep, mop, scrub, and sanitize all back‑of‑house spaces; remove trash, recycling, and food waste per company procedures; maintain cleaning logs and sanitation checklists; report maintenance concerns.
• Food Safety & Compliance: Maintain compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health department standards; properly handle and store cleaning chemicals; ensure workplace safety guidelines are followed.
• Operational Support: Assist culinary leadership with maintaining organization throughout kitchen operations; restock cleaning and sanitation supplies; support set‑up for next day’s operations when assigned; maintain cleanliness of employee areas and shared back‑of‑house spaces.
• Teamwork & Professionalism: Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working independently or with team members; follow Dellshire Resort appearance standards and workplace expectations; communicate effectively with culinary leadership and overnight teams; perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, stewarding, kitchen cleaning, or hospitality experience preferred.
