Employees are assigned to one of the four essential functions, rotating as cleaning specialists as needed. All employees will clean as a team and be assigned one of the four specialist roles upon arrival at the job site. The OS1 Specialist must be versatile and able to perform all essential functions and complete the required OS1 training competencies. Specific Duties / Essential Functions:
- Cleaning offices, lobbies, and common areas.
- Cleaning and restocking restrooms.
- Emptying trash cans around the property and replacing trash bags.
- Cleaning corridors and stairwells.
- Removing trash, cleaning floors, dusting/wiping down all surfaces.
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
- Operating walk-behind floor cleaning machines (if applicable).
- Cleans and polishes furniture, windows, doors, frames, ashtrays, and fixtures.
- Restocking supplies in bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Maintaining janitor closet and equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition.
- Periodically cleaning overhead vents and dusting blinds.
- Proficiency in English will enhance collaboration and communication with colleagues and clients, ensuring smooth operations.
- Performing End of Shift Inspections (EOS) following company guidelines to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met at the end of each shift.
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Skills & Experience:

Physical Requirements:
- Physically able to stand during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching.
- Must be able to lift 35 lbs, carry a 12 lbs backpack vacuum as needed.

Pay: $19.00/hour
