About the Role:

Seeking an Overnight/Graveyard Shift Night Cleaner passionate about delivering high-quality customer service. Reports to the Director & Assistant Director of Housekeeping. Work authorization is required.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform heavy cleaning in public and staff areas.
2. Maintain cleanliness of all public areas, including vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal.
3. Maintain supplies and clean staff areas as assigned.
4. Check and clean restrooms hourly.
5. Assist guests with inquiries.
6. Conduct routine cleanliness checks of public areas.
7. Clean employees’ washrooms, including pool area.
8. Report deficiencies via work orders.
9. Clean guest elevators, carpets, mirrors, and brass fixtures.
10. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
11. Ensure driveway and sidewalks are clean hourly.
12. Maintain a professional appearance and uniform.
13. Manage work sheets and report issues.
14. Handle keys responsibly and follow safety procedures.
15. Work harmoniously with colleagues and supervisors.
16. Adhere to all conduct, safety, and house rules.
17. Report to work on time and notify supervisors of absences.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).

Ideal Candidate:

• At least one year of hotel or related experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Flexible schedule, able to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
