Job summary

7Seventy is seeking a diligent overnight cleaner to maintain the hygiene of our fitness facility. You will sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, and fitness areas, operate a floor scrubber, and ensure all spaces remain welcoming for members and guests.

Responsibilities include stocking supplies, answering basic inquiries, and assisting with retail transactions as needed. The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work overnight shifts.
• Cleaning and sanitizing experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to become CPR/AED certified, with training provided.
• Reliable and punctual work habits.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, fitness equipment, spa areas, and other common spaces.
• Operate a floor scrubber according to the cleaning schedule.
• Dispose of trash and maintain trash cans and cleaning centers.
• Restock paper products and other supplies as needed.
• Report supply inventory needs to management.
• Clean and dust elevated areas such as ceiling fans and televisions.
• Operate washing machines and dryers.
• Maintain cleaning equipment, including mop buckets and vacuum bags.
• Report broken or missing amenities and equipment.
• Greet members and guests; assist questions and concerns.
• Answer phone calls and respond to basic inquiries.
• Process retail transactions accurately when needed.
• Address member concerns and escalate to management when necessary.
• Conduct routine walks to address safety and cleanliness.
