Job summary

Crowne Health Care is hiring for a Charge Nurse / Med Cart Nurse on the 3rd shift (10:45 PM–7:15 AM) at our geriatric long-term care and rehabilitation facility. We seek an LPN or RN with a valid license to join a compassionate, patient-centered team.

Responsibilities include medication administration, electronic documentation, resident assessments, and coordination with CNAs and physicians. The ideal candidate is reliable, team-oriented and communicates well in a fast-paced overnight

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license.
• Temporary nursing license accepted when applicable.
• Long-term Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Medication administration and electronic documentation.
• Resident assessments and monitoring; report changes to physicians.
• Order medications from the pharmacy.
• Supervise and support CNA staff.
• Wound care and treatments.
• Collect and process laboratory specimens.
• Provide safe, compassionate, resident-centered care.
