Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for night shift coverage. The role includes 12-hour shifts (7pm–7am) with rotating weekends and holidays, working across home care and long-term care settings.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, medication administration, care plan development, and coordination with interdisciplinary teams. Active RN license is required; experience in home/long-term care is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state where practicing.
• Experience in home and long-term care settings preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition.
• Collect specimens for lab testing and process results.
• Educate patients and families on health management.
• Document interactions accurately in EHR.
