Job summary

As a front-line representative, you will advocate for patients and families, collaborate with providers, and ensure accurate documentation while participating in shared governance and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor's preferred.
• Valid nursing license to practice in Georgia.
• BLS certification or higher (Instructor or Basic Life Support).

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient conditions and update care plans.
• Deliver safe, high-quality care per hospital policies.
• Coordinate daily patient flow and communicate plans with care team.
• Document assessments, changes in condition, and care delivered.
• Educate patients and families about health issues and plan of care.
• Mentor and support new staff as needed.
