• Oversee daily Central Intake operations and ensure timely, high-quality clinical determinations.
• Train new staff and manage scheduling/placements.
• Monitor compliance with regulations and organizational policies; support process improvement.
• Generate and review reports for leadership on activity and outcomes.
• Serve as primary clinician for placement cases on assigned shifts.
• Perform Central Intake clinician duties when not engaged in placement responsibilities.
