Job summary

Hannaford Supermarkets in Westbrook, ME is seeking a Third Shift Center Store Associate Supervisor to manage all duties of the Third Shift Center Store and drive financial and sales targets. You will build strong relationships with store associates and customers while promoting the Hannaford strategy.

The role requires leadership of a team, excellent communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work overnight or early morning shifts. Prior store operations knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong understanding of store operations and merchandising techniques preferred.

• Ability to lead and manage a team.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and training, including forklift and power jack.

Responsibilities

• Manage all duties and responsibilities of the Third Shift Center Store Associates and effectively manage the Third Shift Center Store operations to meet financial and sales goals.
• Build associate and customer relations and promote a strong culture in support of Hannaford Strategy.
• Oversee scheduling and staffing for the third shift to ensure coverage and performance.
