The position involves leading or assisting with training, ensuring proper pricing, and maintaining safety and organization in a fast-paced grocery environment. Evening, overnight, or early morning availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lead and direct department associates.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Desire to work in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Forklift and power jack training completion.
• Must meet minimum age requirements.
• Able to work overnight or early morning shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring, training and developing associates.
• Assist maintaining staffing, scheduling, and financial results as assigned.
• Cut, mark and stock product, as required.
• Use good judgment in assignment, delegation and follow-up.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Maintain Center Store Department presentation and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
