WSW Logistics in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Class A Night CDL Driver to join our team, serving Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Illinois. This home-daily role offers steady hours and dependable home time for professional drivers.

You will operate a modern fleet, perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections, maintain clean equipment, and communicate effectively with dispatch while upholding safety standards and professional customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Current DOT medical card or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to pass pre employment drug screening.
• Strong safety record and dependable work ethic.
• Tractor trailer experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle on a home daily route.
• Serve customers throughout MN, WI, and IL.
• Perform pre-trip and post trip inspections.
• Maintain clean, professional equipment.
• Follow all company, customer, and DOT safety procedures.

What You’ll Do

Schedule

• Green Bay, WI, base location.
• Driving regions include MN, WI, and IL.
• Consistent schedule with dependable home time.

Compensation

• Starting pay of $26.50 per hour, plus shift premiums of $1.00 per hour for mid-shift and $1.50 per hour for night shift
• Medical coverage with 80% of the premium paid by the company.
• 401(k) with up to a 4% company match.
• 80 hoursof paid vacation plus 10 paid holidays, available starting day one.
