Sweeping Corporation of America (SCA) is hiring an Overnight Street Sweeper (CDL-B) for Beech Grove, IN. You will own routes, operate the street sweeper, and handle specialized equipment to keep streets clean and well‑maintained.

This full‑time role emphasizes safety, route execution, and dependable attendance, with hourly pay in the $25–$26 range and comprehensive benefits after joining the team.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1 year DOT driving experience; waste & recycling services experience preferred.
• CDL-B license and DOT Medical Card required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must maintain an acceptable driving record and pass MVR, background check, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment as per company standards.
• Review routes, execute work within the scheduled timeframe with quality.
• Operate street sweeper safely, follow traffic laws and site protocols.
• Handle materials safely and dispose of waste per procedures.
• Report equipment issues, incidents, or safety concerns promptly.
• Communicate professionally with supervisors, teammates, and clients.
• Maintain logs, manifests, and forms accurately.
• Adapt to changes and maintain reliable attendance.
• Maintain consistent on-time attendance for shifts.
