Job summary

Sweeping Corporation of America is seeking an Overnight Street Sweeper (CDL B) in Atlanta, GA for a full-time night shift. You will operate a street sweeper, follow safety procedures, and complete inspections and logs. Must have CDL-B, DOT Medical Card, and a clean MVR.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1 year DOT driving experience; waste & recycling services experience preferred.
• CDL-B license and DOT Medical Card required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must maintain an acceptable driving record and pass MVR, background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Drive the street sweeper and own assigned routes on the night shift.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.
• Report equipment issues or safety concerns within 30 minutes when safe to do so.
• Maintain logs and necessary forms accurately.
• Communicate professionally with teammates, supervisors and clients.
