Job summary

Oakmont Management Group, Ivy Living, is seeking a Care Provider to assist residents with daily living activities and ensure safety and well-being on site. You will support ADLs, respond promptly to needs, and uphold residents' dignity.

The role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication with staff and families, and a commitment to health screening and safety protocols. 18+ and HS diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Desire to work with the elderly and their needs.
• Good written and verbal communication with staff, residents, and families.
• Background check and health screening including TB tests.
• Vaccination and PPE requirements may apply per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) such as eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and continence.
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while preserving dignity and safety.
• Report any changes in residents' condition to a supervisor.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment following safety standards.
• Promote teamwork and cooperative interactions with staff and other departments.
