Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience preferred but not necessary; training provided.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and health screenings.
• Vaccination and PPE may be required per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living per care plan.
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining dignity.
• Notify supervisor of changes in condition.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment per safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork across departments.
