Job summary

Arrow Senior Living in Lee's Summit, MO seeks a dedicated Care Partner for a full-time 7am-7pm shift. You will support residents with daily living activities, promote empathy, and help maintain a home‑like environment for both residents and team members.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, communicating clearly in English, and participating in activities to enhance residents' quality of life. Benefits and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to use a computer to print documents and enter resident information.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop all day.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Able to assist residents with sitting, standing and walking, incl. after a fall.
• Criminal background check cleared.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and oral care.
• Foster an empathetic, inclusive and positive environment.

Position—Care Partner

Position Type: Full-Time

Location: Lee's Summit, MO

Care Partner pay range: $17.50 - $24.25 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Week 1: Monday, Saturday, and Sunday

Week 2: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday

7:00am to 7:00pm

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.

• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
