Job summary

Horizon Project, Inc. seeks a Night (NOC) Coordinator to oversee support for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in 24-hour Residential Group Homes and Supported Living Services.

You will lead NOC Direct Support Professionals, assist with training, staffing, and disciplinary procedures, and prioritize client health and safety. Position is exempt, full-time, with Monday-Wednesday 9PM-7AM and Thursday 11PM-9AM shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years old.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test, background check, and driving records check.
• Must maintain an Approved Background check (renewed every 3 years, or more frequently as requested by DHS).
• Must have a valid driver's license with insurability by Auto Insurance provider.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately and document administration in THERAP.
• Respond to medical emergencies and contact supervisors or medical professionals as needed.
• Schedule and coordinate medical appointments, transportation, and paperwork.
• Maintain accurate client financial records with Representative Payee.
• Report suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation according to policy and state law.
• Ensure homes meet health and safety standards for clients and DSPs.
• Maintain knowledge of ISPs and assist with client plan updates.
• Monitor staffing levels and coordinate DSP coverage for NOC shifts.
