Job summary

Monarch Communities is seeking a Caregiver for the night shift (11pm–7am). The role reports to the Clinical Services Director and is a non-exempt, hourly position.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities, following care plans, and maintaining safety and dignity. CNAs with DHS certification and a HS diploma are preferred; dementia experience is a plus. Full benefits and 401(k) available.

Qualifications

• Experience in caring for the elderly, with dementia experience preferred.
• Ability to work with residents according to care plans.
• Empathy and effective communication with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding as outlined in care plans.
• Maintain safety, dignity, confidentiality, and comfort of residents.
• Escort residents to meals and activities, ensure they are clean, dressed, and fed during shifts.
• Document services and report any changes in resident condition to supervisor.
