Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with older adults preferred.
• Caregiving experience (personal or professional) is a plus.
• Compassionate, patient, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and assistance to residents, including those with dementia.
• Help with daily routines such as meals, mobility, and personal care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Respond to resident needs and call systems as needed.
