Job summary

Evergreen-Woods in Connecticut is seeking a part-time caregiver to provide person-centered care to residents, prioritizing dignity, respect and quality of life in a compassionate, home-like setting.

You will assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, mobility and transfers, as well as dining support and light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe environment for residents.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centered care based on residents' needs and interests while preserving dignity and quality of life.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, transporting, and transfers.
• Assist with dining: escorting, taking orders, serving, feeding, meal preparation, and cleanup.
• Assist with housekeeping: bed making, trash removal, laundry, room/bathroom cleaning, and resident requests.
