Carebase at Honey Lane is seeking a Care Assistant (Nights) to provide personal care to our residents, helping with bathing, eating, mobility, and daily activities in a warm, supportive home.

You will follow electronic care plans, administer medications as prescribed, and maintain accurate records while staying alert to residents' wellbeing and helping keep the home clean and safe.
