Quantum Care is seeking a Night Care Assistant for Jubilee Court Care Home in Stevenage. Launch into a role that supports residents with dignity during night hours, with full training provided and a strong emphasis on person-centered care.

You will join a warm team at Jubilee Court, a modern 91-bed home offering residential, dementia and respite care. Suitable for individuals aged 18+ with a caring attitude and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• You’ll be naturally compassionate and patient; no prior care experience required if you have a positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Willingness to undertake all aspects of care to meet residents’ physical, emotional and social needs.
• Training will be provided.
• Willing to achieve Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
• Ability to work shifts (including weekends and evenings).
• You must be aged 18 years or over to apply for this job.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support, including washing, dressing, grooming and toileting, and assist with meals, hydration and nutrition.
• Assist residents with daily activities to promote independence.
• Build positive, professional relationships with residents, families and colleagues.
• Follow individual personalised care plans.
• Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.
• Ensure residents are safe and comfortable through the night.
